Biography

I’m a PhD candidate in the MIT-WHOI Joint Program in Applied Ocean Science and Engineering. I’m developing multi-robot systems that can autonomously explore unfamiliar environments where communication is limited, such as the deep sea. I’m particularly interested in how to measure risk-based value of information in order to decide when and what to communicate between robots.

My co-supervisors are Dr. Yogesh Girdhar (WHOI) and Prof. Jonathan P. How (MIT).
